How should I wash my Fitkitty gear?

Athleisure wear and leggings are most of our wardrobe these days, and just like our lingerie, we take a little extra care with them regardless of where we purchase them because let's be real. we can't live without them! The best way to wash your leggings is on a gentle cycle in cool water with a mild detergent. Avoid using fabric softeners, as they can clog the fabric and shorten the life of your leggings. Hang or lay your leggings flat to dry, as heat can damage the fibers. Leggings are a versatile piece of clothing that can be dressed up or down, making them a wardrobe essential. With a little care, you can keep your leggings looking new for seasons to come!


How long will it take to process my order?

While we are still working through the process of our new systems we please allow us us 2-5 business days to process your order. Orders places after 12pm EST will be processed the next day. 

How long does shipping usually take?

We want your orders to arrive as quickly as possible! Just so you know, average transit times to the United States: 2 – 7 Business days.  Keep in mind there are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.

You can return your item 30 days from the date you received it.

Any item from Fitkitty Culture can be returned, no questions asked.

For all returns, please include the purchased item, along with your proof of purchase.

 

Shipping Fees

You are responsible for all return shipping fees. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Fitkitty Culture strongly recommends that you use a trackable method to ship your return.

 

 

Restocking Fees

Fitkitty Culture does not charge restocking fees.

Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, Fitkitty Culture will process your return. Please allow at least 3-5 business days of receipt to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. Fitkitty Culture will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
