RAW SOUP Detox Spinach
INGREDIENTS:
- Ginger, 1 inch
- Water, 1 cup
- Celery, 1 stalk
- Spinach, 1 cup
- Parsley, 1⁄2 cup
- Lemon (juiced), 1⁄2 medium
- Onion, 1 small
- Avocado, 1 medium
- Black pepper & salt to taste
- Coconut cream, 1-2 tbsp
Blend it all together in a blender until smooth. If you want it warm, you can slightly warm it on the stove, but do not boil it or microwave it.
