3️⃣ Involve Kids in Self-Care: Who said self-care has to be solitary? I love involving my kids in activities like cooking a healthy meal, doing a fun workout, or even practicing mindful breathing. It not only models good self-care habits but also creates beautiful shared memories. 👨👩👦👦💕
